Happy are the People whose Strength is in Him

“How happy are those who reside in Your house, who praise you continuously. 5 Happy are the people whose strength is in You, whose hearts are set on pilgrimage.” (HCSB) — Psalm 84:4-5

Happiness is found in the House of God. It's found in His presence.

In His presence there is:

fullness of joy
strength
help
protection
grace and mercy
healing
deliverance
salvation
_________ whatever you need from Him

There is no better place than the house of God where we get to worship and hear the Word with our fellow brothers and sisters. Unfortunately, we can't be in his house 24/7 because we live in a world where we have to work, take care of our families, and deal with things in the natural realm.

But we can reduce the influence/noise of the physical world by increasing the volume of the spiritual realm. Praying in tongues, turning praise and worship up loud, singing and dancing, studying the Word, and reading good teaching books.

What a great time to draw close to God and drown out the noise of the world. Draw happiness from His presence. Learn to find happiness in every situation.
