The evidence of God’s goodness is present throughout my life. God favored me with a NEW and BETTER job position. I started out in an entry level job with my company, then a year later was promoted into another position, which also included a pay increase. A few weeks into the promoted job, I ended up quite unhappy and unmotivated because of cons of my responsibility. Many days went by where I was battling whether to step down or quit. Despite those feelings, everyday I thanked God for where I was and I thanked him in advance for unlocking a better opportunity. With faith, I managed to persevere through my current position. After hearing Pastor Lisa’s sermon one Sunday regarding “changing your attitude about work” confirmed that I was doing what was right and the Father will reward the righteous. I thanked God again after service. In that same week, God opened the door for a NEW position that I have been desiring to have since I started working for the company a year ago. The position was competitive as there were other candidates with more credentials than I had. I elevated my faith and still applied for it. Because of Gods favor with through my tithes/offering, speaking over my seed every Sunday, praying, giving thanks in advance and remaining faithful, I was extended the offer for the NEW position DAY 1 of shadowing. On top of that, I was offered an additional raise.

After accepting the position, I later found out that I’ve been on the “interest list” before I was even selected. God’s favor is unmatched. Now I have the opportunity to sow more into the kingdom and enjoy my job. He will achieve indefinitely more than our greatest request! Eph 3:20
