Day 22: Revenge - The Trap
Read chapter 12 stopping at A Potential King Defiled

No matter what anyone has done to us, it pales in comparison to what our sin has done to Jesus. Doesn’t this put everything into perspective? We really have no right to hold on to any offense or to demand justice. Jesus forgave us before we even asked!

We can be just like the unforgiving servant in the previous chapter. We ask God to forgive us and yet refuse to forgive those who have done us wrong! We must let it go and lay everything at the feet of Jesus. Don’t hang on to offense and fall into the trap of un-forgiveness.
