The Bait of Satan is one of the most important books you will ever encounter. It will help you deal with the what can be one of the greatest hindrances in your walk with God — offense.
Offense is a slow death that must be dealt with and overcome. Jesus said in Luke 17:1, “Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come.” I can promise you that you will have an opportunity to be offended daily and sometimes you may have multiple opportunities in one day. Yet, Jesus said we are to forgive it all!
Offense will hold you captive, blocking your ability to feel the presence of God and (like I said earlier) cause a slow death both spiritually and physically.
When the disciples were presented with this truth, their response was, “Increase our faith!”
