Our soul consists of our emotions, thoughts and will. This is the one and only way the enemy has to get to us. This is why Paul said in Romans 12:2 to renew our mind.
“Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. When you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”
The only way to renew your mind is with the word of God.
How do you renew your mind?
1. Feed upon God's Word in your own private study and meditation.
2. Listen to a faith message everyday.
By doing this, our minds are transformed to think like God thinks, and soon, we act like God wants us to.
